A. I ask for 2-3 weeks to create your custom order once your payment & images are received (longer during the Holiday season). It may ship sooner on occasion; however, if you need to RUSH an order - choose U.S.P.S. Express Shipping and you will receive your order as fast as possible.
Q. Are your tiles two-sided?
A. Yes, every tile is two sided except for the refrigerator magnet and the brooch. Send your two favorite images along with your desired editing I will reply with a sample of the changes to give you an idea as to what they will look like on your tile.
Q. How do I clean the silver on my pendant?
A. To protect the sealer on your tile from harsh chemicals I ask that you use only a soft polishing cloth on the silver. Connoisseurs makes a nice two-sided cloth that cleans & polishes and you can pick it up at many retailers.
Q. How do I order a necklace like the one in your website banner?
A. The baby face necklace shown above is two separate items that are available on the Photo Pendant page. You will need to purchase the Small Pendant and the Necklace Option (chain #4). Your necklace will arrive complete.
Q. Is the image protected?
A. Once the image is baked into the clay it is sealed with numerous layers of a water-resistant, UV proof finish that has 18+ years of providing a beautiful glass-like seal that never yellows or cracks.
A. I love custom work. All of my designs are created upon receiving your order so variations on each piece will be considered. Q. What is the best way for me to get my images to you?
A. Send your image file saved in one of the following applications when possible: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat PDF, Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint). Submit all electronic images at 300 dpi (pixels) in .tif, .gif, .jpg, or .bmp file format, sized at 100%. I will be happy to assist you with this if needed after your order is placed.
Q. Can I send you an actual photograph?
A. I prefer that you scan the image and email it to me with the above specifications; however, when that is not an option, it is possible to use the postal system to mail photographs in a photo safe package. Please send an email with your request after your order is placed and I’ll send you a P.O. Box address to mail your photographs to. I will return your images with your order. I cannot be held responsible for photographs lost or damaged in the postal system and I recommend that you check with your local post office as to the best way to send a photograph that cannot be replaced.
